Our fully equipped purpose-built gym is made up of two areas. The first has 12 punch bags, 2 elbow bags and a range of wall-mounted apparatus including a speed ball. The gym is fully floored in a made-to-measure canvas and includes 3 custom made boxing rings. The second area which is brand new for 2009 has 8 bags a custom made ring and cadge. We supply a full range of training pads and protective equipment, including bag gloves, sparring gloves, Thai pads, focus mitts, belly guards, head guards and shin guards.
A well-stocked martial arts shop with our full time receptionist selling top of the range equipment from Evolution, Twins, Fairtex, MTG Pro, Windy, Cortez, Cusley, Reyes Mexico , Thaismai, Muay Thai and Maximuscle wear, tickets to all fight events, promotions and inicativies.
A Sun-bed is available in the locker room (stand up tower, fast tan). This is available at £1 for 2 minutes
Lockers are available for annual hire at £20 per year; you will get your own set of keys.
A sauna is available in the locker room .It takes approximately 10 mins to warm up. Just switch on the power and place the coins in the slot. Please bring towel in with you to sit on. (£1 gives 10 mins)
Massages. The club masseur/sports injury therapist is available 7 days a week to treat people in the new sports therapy room just contact reception for details. (£25 per hour full body, or part there of)
Hot drinks. Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Cappuccino etc is now available in the reception area. Sachets for the machine are available from the shop at 50p
Special order shorts are available from the shop from £30 per pair. This is available all year round. Any colour, any size, any design or names can be put on the shorts; there is a 10-week delivery time. See Al an for design order forms.

Showers are available for private lesson students as well as a towel hire service.
Regular trips to Thailand including accommodation, flights and training at the Kaewsamrit gym in Bangkok . The trips are all round and can be orientated for just fight training or recreational holidays. Usually they will include trips to Pattaya as well.
