We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of private lessons. Any less than this and you will be expected you to pay for your lesson. Please cancel your lesson with reception, not with your instructor. In the event of getting no answer to your call then leave a message on the landline or mobile.
With all classes the cancellation time is 12pm same day for ANY of the classes (this includes Amateur Boxing, men's and women's Thai boxing and the Submission fight class). If you ring after this or don't show up you will still be expected to forfeit a unit or pay a £3 booking fee the next time you come training.
